Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Emergency Room Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient care in a fast-paced trauma environment. You will assess, plan, supervise and evaluate nursing care while aligning with medical plans and policies.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Oklahoma RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS, PALS within 6 months; NIHSS within 90 days. Preferred one year of ER RN experience.

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS within 90 days of hire.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nurses process, the medical plan of care and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must possess a current Oklahoma licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS and PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One year of experience as an RN in the area of application.
