Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of patient care on the unit.
• Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice.
• Act as Charge nurse and oversee ancillary staff during shifts.
• Communicate with the DON on nursing care issues.
• Participate in performance improvement through chart monitoring.
• Facilitate admissions in coordination with Service Development.
• Collaborate with the treatment team on patient goals, interventions, and assessments.
• Participate in the facility leadership team.
