Responsibilities

• Rounds on every patient daily to evaluate care quality and appropriateness.
• Oversee Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate safe, patient-centered care through hand-offs, interdisciplinary communication.
• Lead and participate in staff scheduling, unit flow, and governance activities.
• Mentor and precept staff to develop a qualified workforce and a healthy work environment.
