• Rounds on every patient daily to evaluate quality and appropriateness of care.
• Oversees the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in clinical care using evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Promotes safety and quality by adhering to current clinical practice standards and governance models.
• Lead and participate in staffing, unit patient flow, and rounds, including performance improvement and shared governance.
