Lafayette Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lafayette, LA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our 59-bed Skilled Nursing Facility as Charge Nurse. The Charge Nurse coordinates nursing care, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include rounds, care planning, medication administration, and reporting to the Director of Nursing. A valid RN license is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to coordinate total nursing care and supervise staff.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Monitor residents and provide acute and preventive nursing care.
• Administer medications and communicate changes to physicians.
