Job Overview

The Charge Nurse RN is responsible for overseeing nursing care and daily operations within an assigned unit of the facility. This role provides clinical leadership, supports staff performance, and assists with coordination of resident care in accordance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations. The Charge Nurse RN with Unit Manager duties works collaboratively with nursing leadership to promote quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective unit operations. Job Location: The Guest House Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – SHREVEPORT, LA 71118; Job Shift: Day.
