Job summary

Lafayette Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our 59-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. The RN will coordinate total nursing care, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and work with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Care Coordinators to meet resident needs.

• Active RN license and current nursing practice.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

• Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care as directed.
• Administer medications according to policy and physician orders; monitor for contraindications.
