Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to coordinate delivery of high quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle on a busy hospital floor. The role requires active GA RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with 1 year of hospital experience.

BSN preferred; the ideal candidate will communicate effectively with the care team and leaders, and provide care and guidance to staff during shifts to ensure patient safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during his/her shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
