Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide CNAs to ensure resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Perform required treatments to maintain resident health.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for seamless care continuity.
• Educate support staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacements as necessary.
