Brookwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma City seeks a Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team and ensure resident safety and satisfaction. This role emphasizes quality care, staff mentorship, and adherence to care standards.

The Charge Nurse will oversee daily nursing operations, delegate tasks, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility or Long Term Care environment preferred

Responsabilités

• Recognize changes in residents’ condition and respond appropriately.

Responsibilities and Purpose

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
