Paloma Springs Healthcare is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) to lead resident care and direct nursing staff. The RN will develop plans of care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and monitor staff to ensure safety standards. The Charge Nurse will deliver nursing care within scope per standards and physician orders.
Qualifications include an active LPN or RN license in the practicing state and current BLS/CPR certification. Nursing management experience is preferred but not required.
