Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring an RN Charge Nurse to join our resident-centered team on the night shift. You will oversee nursing care, supervise aides, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, caring culture.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care; document care and resident status.
• Supervise nurse aides and medication aides, ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, calm, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs, educational opportunities, and team meetings.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Your Role as an RN Charge Nurse:

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including assisting and transferring residents as needed.
