Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides for resident care.
• Administer Medications: Safely administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans according to policies.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver required treatments for resident health.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts.
