Alliance Health Group's Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Henderson, NC is seeking an RN or LPN Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff and oversee safe, compassionate resident care.

You will supervise direct patient care, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure accurate med administration and documentation. The role offers full-time shifts with day and evening options.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LPN license.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring and documenting resident responses.
• Perform and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Collect and monitor clinical information to support resident care plans.
• Recognize changes in resident conditions and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate team members.
• Assist with staff guidance, coaching, and support to promote quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, residents, and families to ensure excellent care coordination.
