Westminster Services in Florida is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care and coordinate physician orders. You will ensure care plans are followed, supervise nursing staff, and maintain accurate patient records in a fast-paced geriatric setting.

The position requires an active Florida RN license and CPR certification. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; on-the-job training is provided to qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed in Florida as an RN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• On-the-job training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning resident care by following physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care based on orders; communicate with doctors.
• Administer medications, IVs, and monitor vital signs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs as Charge Nurse to ensure care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain patient records.
