Job Overview:

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee resident care and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. This role is critical to maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in status
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support compliance with NYS DOH and CMS regulations
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning

Qualifications:
