Job summary

Heights Care & Rehab in Denver is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) with SNF experience to lead the floor from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, keeping residents safe and staff supported.

You’ll manage the CNA and nursing team with confidence, balance firmness with empathy, and communicate with leadership that actually listens.
