Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and standards of nursing practices
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff
• Plan, organize, and direct nursing functions
• Create and modify care plans based on physician orders
• Document vital signs and assess patients
• Ensure infection-control policies are followed
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
• Utilize electronic medical records (Point Click Care)
