Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care and provide clinical leadership. You will work with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain high nursing standards and serve as a role model for the team.

ACLS is required from day one for Charge Nurses and ICU, with 90 days to obtain if not already. BLS certification and an active RN license are essential, with inpatient med-surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care in alignment with Nursing Leadership.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff.
