Texas Health Denton is seeking a PRN RN Charge for the Intermediate Care unit on the night shift. The role emphasizes patient-centered nursing using the Quality Caring Model, with a 4:1 patient ratio on a 40-bed unit.

• Associate degree in nursing required orBachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required.
• 2 years experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred.

• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Training Maintained Annually 90 days required.

Here’s What You Need
