Job summary

The Avenue at Brooklyn in Ohio is seeking a compassionate RN to join us as Charge Nurse in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will provide direct care and supervise nursing staff alongside a caring team.

A current RN license in the state, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience are required. You will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with admissions and discharges, respond to emergencies, and uphold high standards of comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
