Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks experienced Registered Nurses for direct hire, full-time positions in a long-term acute care setting. Join a specialized team delivering life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex conditions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practice state or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care excellence.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
