AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a Full Time Charge Nurse, RN for Days with ICU/Step-down experience. Supervises the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs. Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure for the State of New Mexico.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal nursing laws.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Detailed computer knowledge.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs.
• Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Foster a positive milieu in the hospital and keep leadership apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
• Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
