Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care and provide clinical leadership on the floor during the 6:30 pm–6:00 am night shift. The role focuses on collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff to uphold high nursing practice standards.

Required RN license and current certifications with ACLS preferred and required after 90 days. Strong teamwork and commitment to patient care are essential for this position in Colorado.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days; ACLS is required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care as a Charge Nurse.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership by working in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff in maintaining standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

RN License and Certifications

Experience

• Having 2 years of experience in direct patient care
