PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate the delivery of nursing care in a fast-paced inpatient setting and to lead a skilled team. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse acts as a clinical resource and role model, ensuring high standards of care while overseeing staff.

Required: RN license, current BLS, ACLS per policy (ACLS day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, ICU); 1 year of inpatient med-surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource for the staff.
• Ensure standards of nursing practice are maintained in the clinical setting.
