Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise is hiring an RN Charge Nurse to coordinate nursing care in collaboration with medical and support staff. The Charge Nurse provides leadership and ensures adherence to nursing standards within the unit.

Active RN license in the state, current BLS, and ACLS certification are required; ACLS is required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU. One year of inpatient med-surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care under Nursing Leadership.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff.
• Collaborate with medical, ancillary and support teams to maintain nursing standards.

We are currently hiring for an RN Charge Nurse.

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership by working in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff in maintaining standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.
