HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care and coordinate unit operations across shifts. The CNC directs nursing care, mentors staff, and aligns practices with our mission to deliver exceptional outcomes and experiences.

You will partner with management to assess care quality, support staffing, and implement initiatives that boost engagement and patient safety in a high-volume hospital setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or recognized compact licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• CPI certification.
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital Endoscopy RN experience.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees admission/discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Collaborates with management to monitor and improve nursing care quality.
• Leads teamwork to support improved outcomes and service.
• Promotes patient-first care and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and rounds.
• Assists with interviewing, training, and performance management of staff.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor in line with patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
