• Staff Management: Coordinate staffing, assist with orientation, mentoring, and ensure competency completion. Manage daily activities like scheduling and breaks.
• Customer Service: Interact with patients and staff to maintain professional conduct and track service performance.
• Operational Duties: Act as liaison to internal/external stakeholders, develop plans to meet regulatory standards, and implement departmental improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN with a nursing degree from an accredited school.
• At least two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.

Certifications & Preferred Qualifications
