OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) in Missouri to lead nursing care in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive team environment.

This role requires an active Missouri RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with 1–2 years of SNF/LTC experience preferred. Competitive benefits and a $2,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
