Qualifications

• Current Texas RN/LVN license and nursing degree from an accredited school and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents per Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Identify changes in resident condition and evaluate care needs.
• Strong focus on assessment and documentation.
• Evaluate and participate in developing the Resident Plan of Care.
• Monitor overall resident condition and ensure compliance with policies.
