Job summary
AdventHealth in Riverview, FL is seeking a nurse leader to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia. You will develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical orders, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and care team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care, while supervising nursing staff and managing unit operations to support high standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license required with current knowledge of nursing care requirements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required in nursing.
- Strong leadership and supervision abilities with excellent communication.
- Ability to navigate electronic records and document care accurately.
- Proven problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and staff for coordinated care.
- Manage daily schedules and oversee endoscopy unit staffing and equipment.
