• Serves as the shift supervisor and key member of the unit's leadership team

• Rounds on patients and families to ensure safety, satisfaction, and high‑quality care
• Collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager on operational needs, including scheduling, staff development, and maintaining clinical competence
• Promotes a positive, team‑oriented environment and supports smooth unit operations

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

• Active Kentucky RN license
• Minimum of two years acute care hospital experience
• BCLS and ACLS required
