Job summary

The Gables Surgical Center in Miami, FL is seeking an operations-focused RN leader to manage daily surgical scheduling and related operations. You will coordinate procedures, ensure equipment availability, and oversee staff scheduling, inventory, and safety programs.

Responsibilities include HR tasks, preventive maintenance, and assisting with marketing, QA/QI, and risk management to uphold top-tier patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with surgical scheduling and staff management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgical schedule and equipment needs.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, HR tasks, and maintenance.
• Support marketing, QA/QI, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
