Surgery Partners, Inc. in Miami is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage day-to-day surgical scheduling and related operations. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and equipment, handle HR tasks, ensure safety, and support QA/QI and risk management initiatives.
The role requires an RN with an accredited nursing degree, an active Florida license, and basic computer skills to collaborate with maintenance, marketing, and clinical teams to optimize workflow and patient care.
Managing day-to-day operations of the surgical schedule including equipment needed. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, scheduling and managing staff, inventory control, human resources, preventive maintenance and safety, assisting with marketing, QA/QI, and risk management.
