Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas (RN or LVN).
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care following facility policies.
• Assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident requirements and report to the ADON/DON.
