Job summary

Prairie Estates in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope. You will observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document in the EMR, ensuring care plans are followed and medications are administered as prescribed.

Responsibilities include supervising CNA staff, maintaining compliance with state/federal guidelines, and delivering compassionate skilled nursing care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
