Job summary

The Belmont at Twin Creeks is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse for the 6a-2p and 10p-6a shifts. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, ensuring safe, compliant treatment and timely documentation.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid LVN/LPN license is required. You will supervise CNAs, observe patient conditions, and document changes in the EMR per policies and regulations.

• Valid LVN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
