Job summary

The Belmont at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team and provide compassionate patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure. You will observe, assess, and report patient conditions, document in EMR, and support care plans while administering medications as prescribed and supervising CNAs to ensure residents receive optimal care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions and changes and documents per policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and changes in condition.
• Implements care plans and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervises CNA staff to ensure high-quality care and proper workload distribution.
