Job summary

Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our charge nurse team. You will supervise CNAs, deliver direct patient care, and help develop care plans in a supportive, professionally managed environment.

The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.

Qualifications include:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
