Kindred Hospital Greensboro is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN Charge Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will manage a designated nursing team and ensure smooth unit operations across shifts, while upholding hospital policies and patient care standards.

This role requires strong communication, timely documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• BLS Certification; ALS/IV preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patients’ care along with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents the patient’s condition and nursing needs accurately in the patient's EHR.
• Reports pertinent observations to clinical leadership and Physicians as necessary.
• Receives and records physicians’ orders.
• Supervises and directs nursing staff and assigns work, ensuring unit smooth operations.
• Coordinates admission, transfer and discharge for patients and completes assessments.
• Maintains positive relationships between nursing and other departments.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct and maintains PHI confidentiality.
• Initiates SBAR and collaborates with staff for assessments and recommendations.
