Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time charges role across our Iowa communities. You will perform direct nursing care, oversee residents' plans, and lead a nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

The position emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and adherence to regulations within a resident-centered environment. Requires active Iowa LPN license, CPR, and supervisory training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing, Iowa current license or ability to activate.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical status, vital signs, and plan care with interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver and oversee direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, catheter care per orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with monitoring, documentation and safety.
