Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) to provide frontline clinical leadership in our Skilled Nursing community in Farmington, MO. You will oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise caregiving teams, and ensure residents receive compassionate, compliant care.

The role requires an active LPN license and knowledge of state/federal nursing regulations, with growth opportunities within a company known for its 5 Star ratings and family‑like atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Aufgaben

Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision per shift.
Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and procedures.
Supervise nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
Complete and update resident assessments and care plans.
Communicate changes in resident condition to families and physicians.
Administer medications per physician orders and protocol.
Conduct routine rounds to meet resident needs.
Document and report incidents and concerns, including abuse.
Ensure supplies and medications are available and communicated.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care and resident safety.
