Job summary

Hcshiring in Leesburg, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our collaborative care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and deliver direct nursing care within established care plans.

You will supervise CNAs, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure compliance with policies while communicating clearly with residents and families. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Your Impact as an LPN:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
