Job summary

Hcshiring in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive, servant-led team. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure well-being and compassionate care for residents.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring condition changes, documenting accurately, and guiding CNAs to maintain care quality while complying with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable with a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Your Impact as an LPN:
