Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking an LPN to join our long-term care team in Georgia. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, and support CNAs under the supervision of RNs. This role emphasizes compassionate service and regulatory compliance within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Active GA LPN licensure or eligibility is required; prior LTC experience is preferred but not mandatory, with opportunities for growth and a stable, fulfilling career path.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in GA or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience delivering person-centered care in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
