Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment in Georgia. You will work alongside RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to administer treatments and monitor residents, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in Georgia, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication, and bring reliability and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
