Job summary

Western Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Buffalo is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure resident safety and wellness. You will supervise care, coordinate shifts, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced post-acute setting.

RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply. The 6am-6pm shift supports patient-centered care and staff development within a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN or LPN license must be current and unencumbered.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for all residents.
• Delegate shift tasks to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident condition changes and respond appropriately.
• Supervise Nursing Aides and ensure quality of care.
• Notify physicians of progress or medication needs.
