Legacy Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor to lead resident care, mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role oversees shift operations, staffing, and documentation to deliver compassionate, high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate admissions/discharges, administer medications per policy, monitor MDS processes, and utilize PCC for care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing functions in compliance with rules and guidelines.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Mentor nursing staff and coordinate shift assignments.
