Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead clinical services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Dallas, Texas. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compliant resident care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved LVN program and licensed in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and direction during assigned shift; manage staff assignments.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with care documentation.
• Lead orientation for new residents and family members; participate in facility surveys.
• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Manage medication administration and physician orders per policy.
• Ensure MDS processes and PCC usage align with company procedures.
• Coordinate shift assignments and resident allocations for CNAs.
• Investigate and report incidents and complaints promptly to leadership.
