Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care per regulations and leadership direction.
• Coordinate with other departments to support comprehensive resident care and surveys.
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers; assist families and coordinate with funeral home as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels, absenteeism, and performance; participate in evaluations and supervision of staff.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, care plans, and documentation; follow care plans and resident preferences.
• Notify families and physicians of significant condition changes and resolve concerns via established procedures.
